TVR Standard T&C’s apply
• Items must be return within 7 days of RMA issued
• All items returned must be in its original packaging
• The packaging of the items returned must be undamaged
• All items returned must be unopened and in a Resell able condition
• Items will not be accepted where there are price stickers, tape or tape residue on the packaging
• Motherboards will be assessed first for package content, usage marks and pin damage, before being
accepted for swop out or credit
Please include the RMA number on all paperwork, to avoid stock being rejected.
20% restocking fee applies to stock returned after 7 days, subject to above T&C’s
Credits are processed on a Friday, and only once they have undergone all checks and authorizations
