Most other Targus bags carry a limited Lifetime warranty on factory defects.
The procedure we follow is that we just need to get an image of the damage and the label inside the bag.
We send this off to Targus to get approval and if its approved we can ship the replacement bag.
There is no need waste money on sending a faulty bag back to us
