Acer Africa is strengthening its partnership with South African IT distributor TVR Distribution to expand reach in the continent.
In a statement, Acer says through this partnership, TVR will distribute a selected range of Acer laptops and monitors, spanning consumer, commercial, and gaming categories.
It adds that since TVR’s distribution footprint spans across independent retailers, e-commerce platforms, and business-to-business resellers, it unlocks new opportunities to serve customers in tier-two and tier-three regions, with their logistical capabilities ensuring product availability and better service coverage across Africa.
The company says to ensure strong market presence during key sales periods, the pair will jointly execute promotional campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and go-to-market activities to generate awareness.
